Emphasis on close-knit family values
Mr. Ting R. Rectin is Operations and Recruitment Manager for Sealanes Marine in the Philippines. We work with them to place and manage our crews in Europe. In this interview, Mr. Ting talks about our services and what he thinks makes us different.
Sealanes Marine manages the entire process, from recruitment and selection to crew deployment.
Coordinating operations
Mr. Ting: “My role as Operations and Recruitment Manager is to coordinate our operations. I make sure that the crew logistics run smoothly and that the daily activities are carried out efficiently. It is my job to make sure that the right people are in the right place so that our clients can always count on qualified staff.”
Recruit, deploy and monitor
“For Goodcrew, we provide crew management services”, he continues. “This consists of recruiting, deploying and supervising Filipino crew members working on European vessels. By working with Goodcrew, we can respond to their specific crew needs and ensure that everything is organised to perfection.”
