Solving visa problems
We are pleased to inform you of an important development regarding the issue of visas for employees working on ships that do not sufficiently sail in German waters.
Alternative solution
Employees on ships that do not sufficiently sail in German waters are unfortunately not entitled to a German visa. We have therefore been looking for an alternative solution. This has now been found! The solution ensures that affected employees can still obtain a visa.
Action plan
This alternative solution requires an action plan. We are therefore contacting our customers (skippers) to prepare this plan.
Shortening the waiting period
Do your employees qualify for a German visa? Then you are aware of the long waiting period for getting an appointment and the assessment period. We are working hard to find a solution to this problem. You will be informed when more is known about this solution.
